ذہین اور چالاک فرد کو پہچان لیا۔ 1956ء میںاس نے انھیں مرکزی کابینہ میں لے لیا۔ ترقی کے زینے پرقدم رکھنے کے بعد انھوںنے کبھی پیچھے مڑ کر نہ دیکھا۔1965ء میں وہ پاکستان کے وزیرِ خارجہ تھے۔ 1966ء میں ایوب خان نے انھیں برطرف کردیا جو اَب خود کوترقی دے کرفیلڈ مارشل بن چکا تھا۔ بھٹو نے برطرفی کے بعد اپنی سیاسی جماعت پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی تشکیل دی۔ جب پاکستان کے طلبا ایوب آمریت کے خلاف سڑکوں پر نکل آئے تو مغربی پاکستان میں بھٹو اِن کے لیڈر بن گئے۔ انھیں مختصر سے عرصہ کے لیے قید بھی کیا گیا۔ عوامی مقبولیت نے انھیں کہیں سے کہیں پہنچا دیا۔عوام سے ان کا تعلق اور ربط وسیع تر ہو گیا۔ انھوں نے عوام سے روٹی کپڑا اور مکان کا وعدہ کیا۔ انھوں نے دھمکی دی کہ امرا کے محل چھین کر انھیں غریبوں کے لیے ہسپتالوں میںتبدیل کر دیا جائے گا۔ ایک ایسا عوامی جوش و خروش ملک میں پھیل گیا جو پہلے کبھی دیکھنے میں نہیں آیا تھا۔ جب طالب علموں اور محنت کشوں کی شورش نے بالآخر ایوب حکومت کا تختہ اُلٹ دیا تو انتخاب منعقد ہوئے جس میں بھٹو کی پارٹی نے مغربی پاکستان میں اکثریت حاصل کر لی۔ پنجاب جیسے اہم صوبے میں تمام بڑے بڑے جاگیرداروں کو شکست ہو گئی۔ عوام کی توقعات بہت بلند تھیں۔ لوگ اب اپنے خوابوں کی تعبیر پانے کے منتظر تھے۔\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e ایوب کابینہ سے برطرفی کے بعد بھٹوجب عوامی رابطہ مہم پر نکلے تو راجہ انور کی ان سے ملاقات ہوئی۔ راجہ انور راولپنڈی کا ایک سرگرم طالب علم رہنما تھا۔ وہ بھٹو کے عوامی انداز سے بہت متاثر ہوا۔ راجہ انوربھی لاکھوں پاکستانیوں کی طرح سمجھتا تھا کہ یہ عالی نسب سیاستدان ہی سماجی انقلاب لائے گا۔ 1968-69ء میں ایک ہیجان نے پورے ملک کو اپنی گرفت میں لے رکھا تھا۔ اسے کوئی بھی مثبت سمت دی جا سکتی تھی لیکن امید کے یہ دن مشرقی پاکستان کے بنگالیوں کے خون میں بہہ گئے۔ 1971ء میں مشرقی پاکستان کی علیحدگی کے بعد بھٹو مغربی پاکستان... نئے پاکستان... میں اقتدار میں آ گئے۔ چھ سالہ اقتدار کے بعد انھیں ان کے اپنے منتخب کردہ آرمی چیف جنرل ضیاءالحق نے رُخصت کر دیا۔ عالی نسب ’’بھٹو‘‘ اور ’’معمولی‘‘‘ ضیاء الحق کے درمیان اس ٹکراؤ کو راجہ انور نے بہت خوبصورت انداز میں پیش کیا ہے۔ بھٹو نے اپنے ساتھیوں کی مخالفت کے باوجود ضیا کو چھ جرنیلوں پہ ترقی دے کرآرمی چیف بنایا تھا۔ ان کا خیال تھا کہ ضیا سیدھا سادہ شخص ہے۔ اسے آسانی سے استعمال کیا جا سکتاہے وہ یہ سمجھنے میں ناکام رہے کہ ’’نئے پاکستان‘‘ میں فوج مرکزی سیاسی ادارہ بن چکی ہے۔ \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e بنگلہ دیش میں فوج کی ناکامی کے بعد اسے کم کیا جا سکتا تھا۔ اس کے کردار اور سرگرمیوں کو تبدیل کیاجا سکتا تھا۔ اس کا بجٹ آدھا کر کے یہ رقم عوام کے روٹی، کپڑا اور مکان کے لیے استعمال میں لائی جا سکتی تھی لیکن بھٹو نے ایسا کچھ نہ کیا حالانکہ وہ اکلوتے سیاسی رہنما تھے جنھیں وسیع تر عوامی حمایت حاصل تھی اور وہ ایسا کرنے پر قادر تھے۔ لیکن ان کا خیال تھا کہ وہ جرنیلوں کو ایک دوسرے کے خلاف اُلجھا کر اپنا اقتدار ہمیشہ ہمیشہ برقرار رکھ سکیں گے۔\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e راجہ انور نے اپنا آپ بھٹو کے حوالے کر دیا اوران کی حکومت میں مشیر بن گیا۔ جب معمولی شخصیت کے جنرل ضیا نے بھٹو کو اقتدارسے باہر کیا تو راجہ انور بھی ’’اجڑ‘‘ کر رہ گیا۔ مایوسی کے عالم میں اس نے مرتضیٰ بھٹو کا ساتھ دینے کا فیصلہ کیا۔مرتضیٰ ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کابڑا بیٹا تھا اور اپنے چھوٹے بھائی کے ساتھ جلاو طنی کی زندگی گزار رہا تھا۔ پھر جو کچھ ہوا یہ کتاب اس کا خوبصورت اظہار ہے۔ جو لوگ مرتضیٰ کی ’’دہشت گرد تنظیم‘‘ کی کارروائیوں سے آگاہ ہونا چاہتے ہیں ان کے لیے یہ کتاب بھر پور دلچسپی اور توجہ کا سامان رکھتی ہے۔ الذوالفقار کے لیے اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کرنے والے نوجوانوں کی اکثریت ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی فریفتہ، نظریاتی اور جراَت مند تھی۔ لیکن ان کا لیڈر بھٹو کا بیٹا تھا جو پُرشکوہ فریب کا شکار لیکن اپنے پیروکاروں کی زندگیوں سے بے نیاز تھا۔ چونکہ ضیا کی پشت پہ مغرب تھا چنانچہ مرتضیٰ نے کابل، ماسکو، دمشق اور نئی دہلی کے حکام کا رُخ کیا۔ ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ مکیاولی کی رُوح اس تمام تر کارروائی پہ سایہ فگن رہی۔ مضحکہ خیز ڈھونگ اور المیے ’’دہشت گرد شہزادے‘‘ کی داستان میں چاہے اور اَن چاہے ساتھیوں کی طرح موجود ہیں۔ راجہ انور کی کہانی سرد جنگ کے ہنگامہ خیزمحاذ ہندو کش سے نکل کر شام اور لیبیا کے گوریلا کیمپوں میں پہنچتے ہوئے ہمیں غیر معمولی قسم کے کرداروں سے متعارف کراتی ہے۔ ان میں تجاہلِ عارفانہ لغویات کے باوجود طیارہ اغوا کر لیتا ہے اور کم از کم دو مرتبہ پاکستان کے فوجی ڈکٹیٹر کو موت کے منہ میں دھکیلنے کے قریب پہنچ جاتاہے۔ بھٹو کی سب سے بڑی بیٹی بے نظیر وطن میں رہتی ہے اسے کئی مرتبہ گرفتار کیا جاتا ہے اور پھر ’’جلاوطن‘‘ ہونے کی اجازت دے دی جاتی ہے۔ لیکن وہ پھر وطن واپس آ جاتی ہے۔ جنرل ضیا کا طیارہ نامعلوم قاتلوں کے ذریعے فضا میں دھماکے سے اُڑا دیاجاتا ہے۔ ضیا کے بعد جرنیل عام انتخابات کی اجازت دے دیتے ہیں۔ بے نظیر انتخابات جیت کروزیراعظم بن جاتی ہے۔دو سال سے پہلے اسے برطرف کر دیاجاتا ہے۔ تین سال حزبِ اختلاف میںرہنے کے بعد وہ پھر اقتدار میں آ جاتی ہے۔ مرتضیٰ واپس وطن آ جاتا ہے اور کھلے بندوںاپنی بہن اوربہنوئی آصف زرداری سے لڑتا ہے۔ زرداری پر زبردست بدعنوانی کے الزامات ہیں۔ بھٹو خاندان میں تنازع شروع ہو جاتا ہے۔ جس کا خاتمہ مرتضیٰ کا اپنے گھرکے سامنے کراچی پولیس کی گولیوں کا نشانہ بننے کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے۔ بہن وزیراعظم ہے وہ بدحواس ہو جاتی ہے۔ کچھ ہی دنوں کے بعد اس کے اپنے بنائے صدر فاروق لغاری کے ہاتھوں اس کی برطرفی ہوتی ہے۔ آصف زرداری کو جیل میں ڈال دیاجاتا ہے۔ جس وقت میں
